Mio Destino prides itself in a worldwide same day ‘international’ dispatch service (for fully completed orders received before 3.00pm GMT). Your item can be delivered either by Royal Mail’s premium international signed for service, which can take between 4-10 days depending on your location or by Fed Ex’s International Expedited service which ships in usually 1-3 days. Prices for each are indicated when you select delivery options at checkout during your purchase.

Mio Destino offers exchanges or refunds within 14 days of receiving your item. To return your item, simply send an email to info@miodestino.co.uk with “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject line, and provide your name, the order number and the garment name you are returning or exchanging. Then, ensure that all labels and tags remain attached and that the garment has not been worn or damaged, and mail the item to:

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Mio Destino does not accept responsibility for the loss of packages sent back to us by a customer; therefore, we encourage you to return garments using recorded delivery. Proof of purchase certificates and recorded delivery receipts need to be retained by the customer.
